All sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including size, product preference, change of mind, or incorrect size selection by the customer.

Customized or made-to-order products, accessories, jewelry, and products purchased during sale or clearance offers are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Customers are requested to carefully review the product details, size guide, color, and other information before placing an order, as we will not be able to accommodate requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges after the order has been placed.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by Sathiraa, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order ID and relevant details. Images or videos of the product may be required to help us verify the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is confirmed to be an error from Sathiraa, Sathiraa will provide the best solution possible. 

Minor color differences due to screen resolution, lighting, or photography conditions are not considered defects.

Sathiraa reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
